Operations Manager

The successful applicant for this key role must be an experienced climber with a creative practical nature and a structural steel draughting background. You will be responsible for the production of fabrication drawings, workshop production, site installation, manual employee training and health and safety. Good organisational and communication skills, computer literacy and an enthusiastic attitude to work are essential.

Experienced Workshop / Site Technicians

Applicants must be climbers with a broad range of skills and experience associated with the fabrication and installation of artificial climbing structures. Applicants must be capable of working on their own initiative and as part of a small dedicated team.

Trainee Workshop / Site Technicians

Applicants must be climbers with a practical nature and an enthusiastic attitude to work. You must be hard working, reliable and be prepared to work away from home.

Part Time Experienced Workshop / Site Technicians

We are seeking to expand our register of experienced artificial climbing wall technicians who only require short periods of employment either workshop or site based.
