Res-Syn-Roc I & II Panel Systems

The Bendcrete Res-Syn Roc panels are the most cost-effective system for rock-like climbing surfaces

Based on 18mm plywood panels, it is tough enough to avoid flexing and will last for years without the need for expensive maintenance. The panels are normally supplied in 1200mm X 1200mm. However, panels can also be manufactured to size.

Ideal for:

General lead walls / Bolt on hold based bouldering walls

These have a generous 'Res-Syn Roc' layer providing a variety of hybrid rock like climbing surfaces with excellent friction and robustness.

This layer is hand sculptured to provide small edges, smears and shallow pockets for use as footholds.

This permits a natural style of climbing, and superb flexibility is provided by at least 15 bolt on hold placements per m²

Res-syn Roc II Panels

Crafted with the same specification as Res-Syn Roc 'I' but with the addition of larger features such as pockets, flakes, cracks and horizontal breaks

These are formed using 3D-Freeform Curved Resin and are ideal for creating realistic routes that can be climbed without the need to use bolt on holds. They can also be spread throughout a bouldering wall to provide added interest. The panels are also supplemented with a large number of bolt on hold placements
